What car should you drive to a home appointment

Do you know what kind of car to drive when you visit a potential house to buy? Well, today my boy Eddie aka Mr. Transaction Engineer explains how he pulled up in his car and the seller instantly didn't like him. Things were all good when he discussed selling the house over the phone w/ the seller, but things changed when he pulled up in his car.

Hear what Jay Conner and Chaffie think about this car situation as well. We must keep the seller in mind at all times during a negotiation, even before we meet them. Appearances can make or break your negotiation so be mindful of how you look when you show up. Watch, learn and then get out there and mess something up, you can always ask for forgiveness.
