My Tenant Mailed me the keys, and Moved out! Part 2

      Sometimes tenants do unexpected things just like today. I went to the mailbox and I knew it wasn't good when I got lumpy mail from my tenant. I saw a brown package and at first thought I was getting a gift. But, when I looked at the return address, I saw it was from my tenant. I further heard a jingly sound as I held the package and my stomach started to get tight with worry. I opened up the small package and some keys fell out along with a letter.

     In part 1, I read the letter to you, in part two ride along with me as we go inspect to see how my tenant left the property after mailing me the keys & moving out without telling me.
