    I'd like to bring you into another home appointment where I negotiate with a seller, and his daughter. Today we'll go inside a home that's in a terrible flood zone. In the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, flooding is prevalent and if you don't do your research you can get caught in a very bad situation, plus lose a ton of money!

This home has two serious issues:

1. The roof was installed incorrectly and 2. The yard grades toward the house instead of away which keeps water constantly pooling in the yard. Mold has accumulated so bad they've had to remove the floors and the bathroom sewer is backing up while they're still living there. Let's pray they find a safer and cleaner environment to live in.
