Attorney wins $1.1M lawsuit against Real Estate Investor!

     If you're like me, you want to keep people around you that are smater than you, RIGHT! Well Jessica Segal is one sharp cookie. Just recently she worked on a case where a tenant got hurt in a property and ended up suing the owner. After it was all said and done, she walked away with a $1.1M judgement against the investor that owned the house. She wrote about this in our last newsletter but I thought it was so juicy that I wanted to get the full story plus let you ask questions on the case.

     The big twist to this story is that Jessica is actually one of us.
