Come Inside an IRS Foreclosure Auction with me!

Today's lesson takes us inside an IRS foreclosure auction. Yes, the US Treasury can seize your house, then offer it at auction to satisfy your back taxes. Talk about brutal. In this 2 part training video, I went inside a live auction to try to bid on some houses. You're not going to believe the prices some of these houses were going for. The IRS can take back a house, even after it's sold at the traditional foreclosure auction. Hence the case in this auction.

You're going to meet some savvy investors in the video, plus witness exactly how the auction process works. I got a chance to meet some savory characters as well, so I hope you enjoy, learn a lot, and go make a lot of money by learning from my mistakes..

                                                                 Part 1

                                                              Part 2
