Joining Holton Wise

I am happy to be joining Holton Wise in Cleveland, Ohio. I was an out of state investor who saw deals too good to be true so one year ago, I came to Cleveland to investigate further. What I saw was astonishing. Being from Minneapolis, living in New York city all through my 20s, and being an avid traveler, I saw things here that just do not exist anywhere else in the country. So, last April, I told my girlfriend "we are moving to Cleveland"...It was every girl's dream come true and we've really enjoyed our time here. As an investor running a small business, I began seeing great returns after some initial bumps in the road, and the returns are great if you know what you are doing and are really willing to be patient. I do not recommend this market for flippers. True, anyone can make money anywhere, but just like any market there are a lot of gotchas here that you just would not anticipate even with experience investing in other markets.
