It's been roughly just over a month since I got my license. One deal down that you can read in the success stories. Two pending deals and already some hard lessons learnt, many thanks to more experiences agents.
I came into this business to be the go to guy for investors, international, out of state and locally. It wash;t going to happen over night but I knew I could speed the process up but that was not going to happen in a traditional brokerage where they just buy and sell. It's tough to say bye to good people that want to see me succeed but sadly I don't see myself growing as fast as I want to. Hence the rapid switch to HWPG, really if you want to learn go to the people already doing it and doing it on a large scale.
James is a character, the things I've learnt from just talking to him and yelling back and forth from his desk to mine is priceless. As he calls it, I haven't been broken in yet. I own 8 units to his 240ish and years of experience. Much to learn from Obi-Wan Kenobi. His given me some good pointers on my website and how to brand myself. I have to think of some Australian marsupial to align myself with maybe a Koala, Sugar Glider or the Tazzi Tiger to make myself memorable to clients.
