Alaska’s Real Estate Exchange Club Offers Solutions to Investors
Every year in Anchorage Alaska Real Estate Investors are visited by out of state “gurus” offering free information on how to make money in real estate with no money down. The radio commercials are comical with canned advertisement and voiced over “In Anchorage” audio plug that nearly insults the ears.
At the event, the scene is usually the same. A fancy dinner, bright lights and a lot of fan fare. Great looking speakers give a marvelous presentation that offer a little information, most that you’ve heard before. Just enough to spark interest and not enough to benefit from. It ends with a call to action that is the sale pitch. Buy our program. Use our systems. Give us your money and we’ll walk you though it with minimal risk. Truth is that these “gurus” make more money in seminars, books, courses and vague coaching than they ever have in real estate. You end up further behind and inevitably with less money than you started with. There is a better way.
The Real Estate Exchange (REX) is Alaska’s largest and oldest real estate investment network. There are over 600 members with over 100 monthly attendees. Best of all, It’s free! The information is packed with knowledge, relevant and specific to Alaska and the success stories are real. Founded by Kevin Cross of Keller Williams and Adam Heafner of Firstrate Financial in 2007, the goal of REX is simple:
