Updates

Alright, It's been a really long time. Last time I posted, I was looking heavily into moving to the DC area, but the job fell through and I'm about to accept another job in Orem (that's in Utah).

I've been focusing on graduating and am almost done now, just 2 weeks left now! My wife and I are trying to decide what we're going to do short term and I'd really like to start investing right away. I think we're gong to focus all of our abilities on house-hacking. We've been looking for some homes with basement apartments of duplexes which we can rent.

I'm ion the process now of finding a realtor and getting pre-qualified so I can move quickly one we find something. It sure is exciting!
