My First Transaction

So earlier this month (5 January to be exact :) ) I was able to experience my first transaction! It was my closet cousin's here in Lafayette that I care about so much. I utilized my skill of analysis and not only was our offer accepted in 3.5 hours but we was able to get a lot of land for 42% of its value! The commission was small however to see the go super smooth and fast was amazing, and it gave me some Experience Points to Level Up!
