No One Ever Said That Rehabbing Was Easy…. But It Sure Is Fun

3 months into this rehab project located in Reno NV and there is starting to be light at the end of the tunnel. We have taken this from a full gut job to where we have the following completed:

• New Roof
• New Electrical
• New Plumbing
• New Windows
• New Dry Wall with Texture
• New Master Walk-In Closet
• New Main and Powder Bathrooms
• New Laundry Room
• New Recess Lighting
• New Central Air Conditioner Unit

Next comes finishing the exterior siding and painting to be followed up with all the interior finishing touches and then landscaping.

With the wind at our backs it should be ready for market by Mid-July….. Stay tuned
