Change for the Better
As the big day (me and my fiancee's wedding) inches closer and closer, I am feeling the push to really make some major changes in my life. the past year has soared by.
I intend to write a short ebook about century homes and the many things I overlooked on my first deal. But beyond that, right NOW, I am making the necessary changes to become the real estate investor that I am committed to becoming.
I am reading the "Miracle Morning" by Hal Elrod, and implementing many of the simple yet profound steps in the book. I have been sticking to a 4am wake up. That alone has been life changing. I also have been using affirmations to empower myself and avoid negative stinkin' thinkin'. It actually works!
Prioritizing and kindly avoiding people, places, and things has been another biggie. Phone conversation dragging on and on? Assertively yet politely wrap up the call. Just one example of many. Stick to your plan for the day. Be cautious about those who lead you down rabbit trails. Refer back to your reason for doing what you're doing- as often as you need to. Just a little motivation on
Happy Spring!
