 Michel Lautensack, owner of Del Val Realty & Property Management LLC (“Del Val”) is proud to announce the opening of their new office in Malvern, PA in October 2012. Del Val currently has 2-3 staff working in the office and plan to expand and grow in 2013.

The office includes a nice-sized open space with traditional office cubicals for office staff and leasing agents to work from and has a reception area where owners or prospective owners can visit and meet Del Val‘s friendly staff  Monday through Friday 9 AM to-5 PM.

The new office also has a nice sized Conference Room that's fits six to seven people. All property keys are secured in a lockbox for safety and convenience. If you would like to meet with Michel Lautensack personally, he has a private office space to meet with  prospective and current clients.

Del Val also does long term preventative maintenance. Every six months Del Val does a physical inspection of the owners’ property with a walk-through.  Once a walk-through has been completed, Del Val generates a report with any maintenance issues and recommendations on what should be repaired.

  Del Val Realty & Property Management is different from most other property management companies. Del Val does not lock you into a one-year contract like most other property management companies.  They have a month-to-month contract with their owners.  If you're not 100% satisfied with their services, you can terminate your contract at any time.  Del Val believes so strongly in their customer service that they offer a 90-day “better than money-back guarantee”.  If you are unhappy with their services, Del Val will return your management fees, plus $200.
