Back to Step One

I have been looking into pre-foreclosures to be my niche in Real Estate Investing. I was finding some great information and found a way of searching lists in the counties in my area for free. I was very close into putting all of these step together and..... my computer freezes and i had to wipe and restore it. Now i have to get the step again. However, i know there are people on here that is using this some niche and i am hoping someone would help me get back on track and get my business moving.
