Alabama Tax Sale Investing Classes/Videos

I have some Saturday classes coming up for Alabama tax sale investing. If you are not able to attend, I can send you the video on a thumb drive.

Distressed property investing is the best way to find bargains, but you have to know what you are doing. The rules are easy to understand, but hard to figure out on your own. The market place is filled with bad advice, even from most lawyers and many taxing officials!

Classes will be in Birmingham on Saturday September 3.  Huntsville on Saturday September 17. Daphne (Baldwin County) on Saturday October 8.  In case you keep track of these things, neither Auburn nor Alabama are playing on September 3 or October 8.  Auburn has a home game on September 17.
