If you are a home buyer - first time or move-up buyer - or you are an Investor looking to purchase your next rental, I am sure you run into a problem many other buyers are running into: lack of inventory.

Despite it being less inventory this same time last year, Spring is the home buying season! More Sellers are venturing out and putting their homes on the market due to buyer demand.
