QuickBooks Online Plus users introducing QuickBooks Online Advanced

You know I always say changes are for the better. New even better! If we did not have a new iPhone with advanced technology where would we be? QuickBooks is introducing QuickBooks Online Advanced for those who need more functionality and wants to streamline workflows.

So the question is if you should upgrade your plan? Check out usage limits for the following plans:

  • Chart of Accounts: 250 (Simple Start, Essentials, Plus) | UNLIMITED with Advanced
  • Classes + Locations: 40 combined (Simple Start, Essentials, Plus) | UNLIMITED with Advanced
  • Billed Users: 1 (Simple Start) | 3 (Essentials) | 5 (Plus) | 25 with Advanced
  • Unbilled Users: 2 Accountant users (all plans) | Unlimited reports-only users (Advanced, Plus) | Unlimited time tracking-only users (Essentials, Plus, Advanced)

OMG! What should I do?

If you have an existing subscription and exceed the limit, you can remain at your current level but will not be able to manually add a new name. No need to worry, you can still manage and reduce your list by deleting or deactivating them.

When will it be rolled out?

Intuit will be rolling this plan out in late March and through the year. You have until May 31, 2019, to change your plan and ask questions. It all depends on which plan you have, how much you are paying and who you are paying to.

What if I want more?

Upgrade your subscription plan. And I still recommend you clean up your list. Delete or make them inactive if you are not using the names. In the product change by clicking on Gear Icon > Account and Settings > Billing and Subscription > Upgrade.

What will I be paying?

- QuickBooks Online Plus user's regular price is $60/month

- QuickBooks Online Advanced user's regular price is $150/month

Prices subject to change by Intuit.

What if I do not want to use QuickBooks Online?

Well, you can always switch to QuickBooks Desktop version such as Pro, Premier, Accountant or Enterprise version, which is one-time pay.

Get organized now rather than later. Now rather than waiting for April 15th.

Click on the Wheel on the top right corner and select All Lists under List column.
