Bewildered

We lost our Dry Wheat Farm Homestead to Cash Buyers... :(

There are currently 3 Cash Offers on the table now. I felt I presented my needs & desires well and approached a few Private Money people on Bigger Pockets along with making phone calls locally and talking to a few people in person. We did not get even a hint of interest in our quest. I am thinking our needs were just too small to produce the "Big Bucks" everyone seems to be seeking.

We would like to create a relationship with a "Private Money Person" for future dealings. We are not happy with our present location and feel we need to be away from the City, so we are still looking for another place. I would like to be ready to present a Cash Offer when the next "Good Deal" comes along and not be left in the dust of the "Wheeler Dealers" that have their "Ducks in a Row".

We have decided we need to do some repairs on our current home to make it show better in order not to have to sell at a discount just because we want a "Quick Sale" - so we will be concentrating on that for now but we would like to keep looking for that "Certain Person" we can count on when the time is right to make a move.

If we have a person we can count on - we may even start Investing in Rehab projects. :) You never know when one might just cross your path and it would be nice to know we could "Go For It"!

If you are interested in providing a "Hand Up" please leave a message on my profile page. Or contact me through the contacts in my profile. Thank You
