private monet from relatives

Hi Fellow investors......

I'm looking for private money from realatives, friends etc....What is best way(s) to go about asking? Matt

P.S..I'm an experienced investor...

  1. Matt, this might be better for the forums, nonetheless, I think a solid plan to finding family and relatives to invest with you is to have a solid foundation to protect their money. For example, put their investment dollars onto a free and clear property as a mortgage so they know that what you end of doing with the money, at the worst case, they can call the mortgage due on the property and either get their money back or own the property.


  2. Have a complete Private Placement Memorandum answering all questions and providing total disclosure.
