Business Update / Secret Project

Things have been really busy with my business over the last couple of months. Here’s what I have going on:

• Rehab #15, Andover has passed all rough and insulation inspections and is getting sheetrocked this week. I love this stage in the rehab because it really transforms the house from a rough state to a finished looking state and my vision starts to come together. Next week, the floors will be installed.

• New Construction #14, Andover – The house and barn are down but I’ve had some delays getting the building permit. On the bright side, I had my engineer complete all of the additional items and I’ll be able to break ground this week. If all goes well, excavation should be done by the end of the week and my foundation guy will start his forms on Monday. My plan is to get the foundation set and ready for framing for the beginning of the year.

• The project that’s been taking up so much of my time lately hasn’t been related to a rehab or new construction, but rather another real estate business all together. This has been a big undertaking and I know it will fill a huge void in the real estate investing market. I should be ready to announce what it is in the next month.
