My First (or not so First) Blog Post

Hey BP world.  My name is Justin Silverio and I've been investing in the Massachusetts market for 3+ years while working a full time job.  On top of my day job, I have a pretty active personal life with a wife and 2 young kids.  It's definitely a challenge to invest on top of all of this but I've been dedicated to creating a greater future for my family.

My main focus is on rehabbing single family homes but I am starting to get into some new construction projects and I've also wholesaled some properties throughout Massachusetts.

I've been blogging for some time about my rehabs, business and providing lots of free resources at my blog website - www.TheBostonInvestor.com.  I'm not sure why I just thought of it, but I feel that the information I provide at my blog would also be beneficial to the BP community.  I don't hold anything back, the good or the bad.  I provide all my budgets, final analysis, pictures, etc. so everyone can get a deep understanding of what I do with my rehabs and why.

Hopefully you find my information useful so without further ado...welcome to The Boston Investor.

oh ya, please provide comments, suggestions, etc. along the way.
