My First Blog

Greeting All,

This is my first blog into the world of starting my investment company from the gound up to a successful Development Company. I will chronicle the events that happen to me throughout the process, so I can look back and reflect on the things I did right and the things I did wrong. I hope you enjoy my adventures and please feel free to comment. I love the inter-action that the blog offers.

I am curious on where we as a nation are headed in these intresting financial times. I am currently in a Credit Bind that I am trying to navigate through. I am also in the process of obtaining my Architectual Licsence and I am also looking for a new architectural job.

  1. Hey Ray, it has been a while since you've shared some of your experiences setting up a development company with us. How is the company coming along?

  2. I would also like to say congrats on starting your company. I am looking to go on the similar path that you have taken. I am a recent college finance grad and I just purchased my first property. I just keep on running into financing problems when looking to purchase new properties. Please keep us posted on the progress you make.

  3. Congrats on getting your company up and running, and I look forward to hearing about your adventures. I think others will find your blog to be a great place to learn from, if you do indeed walk us all through what you face. Good luck, Ray!
