Florida NPN Holders Rejoice!

While we prefer to buy Non-Performing notes South of the Mason-Dixon line, in non-judicial states, we do like Florida, which is a judicial state. I awoke to find out great news for Non-Performing note owners in Florida. While its not case law yet, the Third District Court of Appeals recently found foreclosures can include ALL past due arrears and penalties. 

This conflicts with a 2016 Fifth District ruling that excluded more than 5 years of arrears, and we have had to give up tens of thousands of dollars in back interest & penalties on prior foreclosures.
