A Couple Who Needed Our Help!

This past summer we received a call from a couple just south of Indianapolis that needed help out of their situation. They had almost no income and they needed financial help. They could not pay for maintenance of their property and the bills were pilling up. Thankfully they were able to find us and they simply placed a call and asked what we could do to help them.

One of the smartest things they did was check with other Real Estate agents/investors in the area. What they found alarmed them. They could not get the money they needed in time. The real estate agent said he could list their house, but they did not want strangers going through their property snooping around.
