Buy & Hold Fundamentals Episode 1 - Fair Lawn NJ

It took me a while to understand that I need to practice what I preach. Even though I've looked at many properties over the years, I've never made a daily practice of it. I consider myself to have a pretty good understanding of deal analysis but also recognize that I need to be more consistent in working at getting better at it.

So here I am looking at 20 properties every day. Honing my skills as well as learning how to talk to you while sitting in front of a computer by myself. Walking the walk, not just talking the talk.

I've recorded a month's worth of videos and am releasing them daily on youtube. It's funny looking at me finding my voice. I've been listening to the BP podcasts from the start lately and it's amazing to be reminded how much Josh and Brandon have grown as podcasters.

Hopefully watching me learn will help some of you learn as well.

There may not be a lot out there at the moment but getting better will make all of us more ready to pounce when the market changes. To say nothing of the fact that if we learn to find deals in a competitive market will help us prepare for when the inevitable market cycle turns around.
