Management Company A Big Plus

It is our first month of having a property management company and things are going great.  We have so much less stress, and so much more free time.  We had a vacancy, and the company found the tenant, did all the work, and they even sign the lease.  You should see my email inbox from past rentals, and the unreal amount of time spent doing backgrounds, showing the unit, signing the lease, cleaning the unit, getting the me the keys...and endless amount of work..now being taken care of.  And sadly, now we have one tenant not paying...I knew this could happen...and our property management company already has staff in place to start the eviction.  

They get monthly fees, plus placement fees for new tenants, and we have to pay for some minor repairs (stuff we'd have to do anyway).  They are an established company, with national certifications, and they had great references from other small apartment owners.  I am so glad we decided to get a property management company.
