BRRRR Strategy Course

I am looking for some feedback…
I want to create a short (4-6 week) online course that is going to teach investors who are wanting to use the BRRRR Strategy (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance and Repeat) to gain enough confidence and knowledge to successfully execute a BRRRR correctly the first time.
You will be taught in detail how to move forward from a novice BRRRR Strategist to a Professional buy and hold investor. The more deals you do correctly the better chance you have of leaving that 9 to 5 or whatever else is holding you back!
Once the short course is completed participants will be able to identify the correct Loan Officer, Realtor, Property Manager and Contractor needed to get the job completed correctly the first time.
Also, the participant will be able to conduct research in detail for each step/phase of the BRRRR Strategy correctly. Below are just a few actionable items that will be taught.
- How to figure out neighborhood classifications A thru D
- How to analyze cities based on 3 key factors
- Learn about websites needed to execute many tasks for optimal cash on cash return.
- Learning the 3 M’s of Rehab and how to identify which properties need which M
- Understanding all different types of loans needed and used to execute the BRRRR.
And so much more as this course will be jammed packed with actionable items, knowledge and an incredible amount of value which is something I am sure you all want more of!
