Short Sales bring in full commission

We are investors and we WANT TO BUY ALL of your SHORT SALE LISTINGS!  This is not a typo or misprint.  We will buy every short sale you have that meets our criteria.  Our criteria is very simple:

  • We will buy more than 90% of properties valued over $500,000 in value: no upper limit.
  • We will buy most of your short sale listings on properties values $250,000 to $500,000.
  • We like properties with multiple liens and mortgages, including IRS liens.
  • We will guarantee a full 6% commission PLUS BONUSES AND REFFERAL FEES.

We don't buy:

  • Townhouses
  • Condos
  • Owners already in, or headed for bankruptcy.
  • Fixer-uppers
  • War-Zone Properties.

We don't charge your homeowner a dime and we don't charge you anything.  We completely handle the short sale process, you will sell the house when that is done for your full commission.

  2. The process ccannot be started without an offer so we have the funding in place to put in the offer and get it started, we do all the negotiation with the Bank so you don't have to.
