Get the Inside Info on what the big guys are doing in Single Family

Are you a single family (SFR) investor? Want to find out what the big institutional investors are up to in your market segment? Learn a few tips from the pros? Hear what they think about the future of the market and the economy?

Listen in to American Residential Properties (ARPI) earnings call tomorrow at 11am Eastern here: http://www.amresprop.com/investor-relations/investor-overview

ARPI is a REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) buying up SFRs and renting them out. More about them from their website: "American Residential Properties, Inc. (ARPI) is a fully integrated and internally managed real estate investment trust focused on the acquisition and management of single-family properties in select communities nationwide.

Our primary business strategy is to acquire, restore, lease and manage single-family homes as well-maintained investment properties to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns over the long-term. With a vertically integrated real estate acquisition and management platform incorporating disciplined acquisition criteria, extensive research, seasoned personnel, and comprehensive operations, we are well-positioned to execute our strategy." Some version of that verbiage would look pretty good on your About Us page too!

If you can't listen in live most outfits put a link up so you can listen later too.

Good hunting-

  1. You will get much better info from the earnings calls of the pros than from any 'guru' and it's free. If they say anything you don't understand it's probably something they know that you should; write down the term or concept and learn what it means. Search on it or post a question on the BP forum-
