3 great #Multifamily #CRE stocking stuffers out from ULI today.

Was checking the ULI's Monday's Numbers page to see what's happening with apartment building investment loan rates and found three great reads about what the big players in multifamily & CRE are seeing for next year.

Start with the Boiling Frog piece in the intro to today's report and keep the phenomenon in mind when reading the following two reports, also when thinking about your investments going forward too.

Normal 1419286736 Cre Roundtable Index Dec 2014

Next read the Real Estate Roundtable's Q4 2014 sentiment survey here. The Roundtable is kind of the political arm of the CRE industry and its members are the who's who of institutional sponsors, investors and lenders; the participants are listed at the bottom of the report. These quarterly reports are required reading for a lot of the pros because they have direct and very frank quotes from the participants (posted anonymously) about what the competition is up to.

After that is the ULI/McCoy Symposium on Real Estate Finance report. The annual event's theme this year was Real Estate Investment and Finance in a Post-Q.E. World and the invite only attendees were more of the who's who in institutional CRE investing, developing and lending. Once again we get to eavesdrop on the big player's thoughts and concerns about real estate, finance and the economy.

Finally, set down the phone and step away from the computer to go enjoy some great times with your friends and family. Happy Holidays to you all. See you next year in a great 2015!
