Vanishing Blog
In case you had not noticed, my blog here on BP with well over 300 posts was somehow lost by BP and by blog completely deleted. I have made several attempts to somehow retrieve even a portion of it, but unsuccessfully. I had many subscribers to my blog and I am not sure if those all were deleted or not in the process.
This was a very unfortunate occurance as I had no backup of all the great info, posts, pictures, videos, etc. over the years. A great learning lesson to always have some type of back-up of your blog posts and other important info you wish to not lose.
So with that said, I have to start all over again and will likely start blogging again about current and past rehab flip projects along with my new apartment building acquisitions and all the fun and excitement of being a landlord again (only this time, doing it right)!

Will Barnard I'll second that notion, back it up!!! Unfortunately, I think we've all been in the situation where we lost data dear to us. On a brighter note, I applaud you for staying strong to continue your endeavor where you left off, regardless if there isn't anything to pick up from where you last left off at.
