How to Find a Good (Investment-Minded) Real Estate Agent

If you decide to work with a real estate agent to find potential investments, you obviously need to find the right one. It's not just that some agents area good and some are bad. It's also that some agents have a mindset best suited for homeowners and others for investors. Investment-minded agents need to be numbers-focused, know a bit about construction costs, comfortable shooting off low-balls and not in a rush to sell you a property.
