For anyone who wants to know more about buy and hold real estate and is going to be in or near Kansas City on Saturday, February 21st, come join my father, brother and I for a day long seminar on the subject.

The presentation will be split into four sections and go over each of the following in depth:

- Acquisition

- Financing

- Rehab

- Property Management
