Investing in Cash Flow Properties: My Interview with Life on Pire

Recently, Les Weitman interviewed me on his new podcast Life on Pire about our business and what to look for when evaluating real estate investments from the perspective of a passive investor. 

We discussed what to look for when picking a city to invest, investor to invest with and a particular investment to invest in. Again, I stressed that due diligence is of the upmost importance, both when evaluating the deal and the operator.
