All good things must come to an end (at least for now), so I present you with the final installment of the funniest things I've seen as a real estate investor.

I have so many foam miss-use pictures it's ridiculous, so here's one of many I could post. Note to do-it-yourselfers, the foam expands when it dries.

I'm sure there was a time when this went to something... and that door didn't lead to a lawsuit...
