REAL ESTATE INVESTING FOR BEGINNERS

REAL ESTATE INVESTING FOR BEGINNERS

Buyingopportunity

Real Estate investing for beginners the specific niche I will discuss for the most part is Wholesaling houses. I am often asked how long did it take to get your first deal? I respond with them it took me 8 months. They are shocked because they are usually under the impression that they will make lots of money in a short period of time which is usually not the case. Anything worth having takes time. But unfortunately we are in the Microwave ERA where people want instant results. They assume real estate is a get Rich quick scheme because of the latest internet GURU told them that as well. Some of these Guru’s are out here selling dreams but alot of people are looking to be sold dreams. For example I met some one lets call him Joe Smith approach me at the age of 31 and said man “I am tired of working for someone else. I need money fast. I got things I need to handle ASAP.” OK Im thinking to myself these problems did not arise over night so why on earth would he think these problems will go away over nite? Joe Smith realizes he needs money for marketing. Does 1 Marketing campaign lets say Bandit signs that cost him 250 bucks for 100 signs. He got no deals then he quits. REAL ESTATE IS A SCAM.

Purti Under Real Estate Scam

Real estate investing for Beginners The way I got my mentor was actually doing work. Yes My mentor approached me and offered his services. This was 2011 and apparently he seen how serious I was about the business. He proposed that he will mentor me and when I found a deal we would split. I agreed why not? Anyway he advised me to farm neighborhoods. For all of you who are not familiar with Farming Neighborhoods that is when you drive neighborhoods looking for Tall Grass, boarded up homes, beat up roofs so in a nutshell just plain old ugly houses. I would write down the addresses to the properties. I would stay out there for 3-4 hours at a time writing down addresses. Then on Sunday I would cross reference the addresses to see who owned them. The year was 2011 so I would only mail houses brought before 2001. That way I knew it had equity. I did this every weekend for 8 months while working a Full time Job. If you really want something you will make time for it. SO this is a reality of Real estate investing for beginners, there is no magic pill. Results come after work.

In conclusion Real Estate Investing for beginners, ITS NOT EASY Yes its simple but not easy. I cant count because its been so many people that stated they will take over the real estate industry in their local market. And 3 months later they are back to being satisfied Disgruntled employees. In my opinion get ready for the process and stop focusing on easy. Entrepreneurship is not easy its worth it. When ever you think about giving up just remember the richest people in the country are business owners and not employees.
