

Does a Homeowners Association Lien Survive a Tax Deed Sale
This is a huge concern when buying any type of foreclosed property but with Tax Deed sales it can be an even greater concern because the data is not so easily found.
It is my understanding that they DO NOT survive.
In Florida it was challenged and found that in fact they do not survive.

In this case a company acquired the title to real property by purchase at a tax deed sale. The new owner then sought to quiet title against the prior banks that had mortgages on the property and a homeowners association
