Newsletter: November 2016 As we near the end of 2016 Holton-Wise finishes it up with a BANG by purchasing The Lynett Medical Building for $1,007,876. This caps off a year in which Holton-Wise has invested over $2 Million Dollars in the city of Parma, Ohio. The 13,763 sq ft building is located at 6731 Ridge Rd. Parma, Ohio 44129 and features 11 units. Currently the building is home to the following tenants.

• Allergy Diagnostic Inc.
• Bizga Dental Inc.
• Cruz Message Therapy.
• Dr. Roheny Internal Medicine.
• Dr. Daniela Tcaciuc.
• Dr. Bhupiner Sawhny.
• C.E. Provider Services LLC.

Currently Holton-Wise operates Real Estate Sales, Property Management & Construction out of our office located at 4207 Brookpark Rd in Parma. Holton-Wise plans to keep the Property Management & Construction at the 4207 Brookpark Rd location and move our Real Estate Sales office to the 3rd floor of this building.

Holton-Wise plans to spend an additional $500,000 to upgrade the building to make it more appealing to A-CLASS commercial tenants and have an appearance that is more in line with the style of the $95 Million Dollar Shoppe's at Parma Renovation across the street.

Planned Renovations for the Lynette Medical Center include:

• New sign marquee on Ridge Rd.
• New sign marquee on Lynette Rd.
• Removal off excess trees and foliage.
• Interior & Exterior building renovations.

This purchase is just one of many 2016 investments in the city of Parma for Holton-Wise.
