Guess which city came in number 1? Raleigh, NC.

The article stated that the entire Raleigh-Durham region is great for renters for the following reasons:

    ·Renter population: 31.8%

    ·Average monthly rent: $640

    ·Cost of living: 7.4% below the national average

    ·Rental vacancy rate: 11.7%

The article also highlighted the university systems and the convenient public transportation as added benefits for renters.
