This is usually only seen in some of the more upscale properties, so you usually won't have to worry about this. Even if you opt for a location that does include a fee, they are usually small in size.

While some private communities will do this to, they aren't always obligated to do so. It's good to find these things out before making a purchase.

The amount of salt water in the air has been known to cause several different problems such as clogged air ducts or even reduced life in some equipment if not properly taken care of. While this isn't much of a problem, it does add to the responsibility of living near the ocean.
