Community Chest (Monopoly)

The game Monopoly is a great way to learn about Real Estate, but there are a few Community Chest cards I would add if I were the creator:

1. Buyer backed out of deal at the last minute--pay $XXX to re-stage
2. Rehab delayed by guy falling off roof--lose a turn
3. Property you purchased is in a newly zoned flood plain--renegotiate sales price--lose $XXX
4. Property you purchased doesn't have legal access to the Well it's using--buy a Well for $XXX
5. Buyer forgets to show up to closing--lose a turn.
6. Seller forgets to mention the cemetery in backyard--lose a turn.
7. Pipes in crawl space stolen--replace for $XXX
8. Seller A and Seller B refuse to talk with each other--get psychology degree online for $XXX
9. Seller fails to mention property might be in foreclosure--pay attorney fee of $XXX to straighten out.
10. Buyer doesn't show up to closing but buyer's son with same name does to sign docs--roll dice again to decide what to do.Levi
