Are you an investor or an ACCREDITED Investor

We use some terms loosely in the REI (Real Estate Investment) world. Lots of us describe ourselves as investors....that could mean a lender, flipper, landlord -- because we are all investing, aren't we. If you casually mention that you are an investor, and the person asks if you are an ACCREDITED investor, do you know why the person might be asking, and whether you qualify?

This topic will pop up when you are looking to raise money, or you are looking to diversify your investments and possibly place money in a real estate investment.

. Here’s a summary of who qualifies as an Accredited Investor, and why it’s important to understand why it’s important when raising capital. I'm interested in hearing your feedback!
