We Buy Ugly Houses - A year end review

It's been a great year buying houses in Oklahoma City and the surrounding area. I've learned a wealth of information this year and some of that information has came from biggerpockets! I'd like to thank everyone who I've had a chance to network with this year and look forward to meeting more of the people who I haven't had a chance to meet.

This year I've bought A LOT of houses and have helped A LOT of people out of bad situations. Those situations have included Divorce, Vacant properties, vandalized properties, unwanted inheritance, properties in war zones, ugly houses, bad tenants, hospital bills, foreclosure, and many more! The amount of people to people skills that real estate investing requires is immense. It's very important that all of us real estate professionals maintain a higher than normal level of social skills. I can't stress enough, that Real Estate Investing is way more social than it is numbers or bricks and foundations.

That being said, I want to thank everyone for all the help you've provided me this year and if I haven't met you know that I'd love to!! Here's to a great 2015 BP!
