Rent to Own Homes

I've been researching mobile homes, lonnie deals, and lease to own deals recently and found another great post by Brandon Turner about Rent to Own Homes.

In the post, Brandon outlines the benefits of rent to own homes:

  1. Tenants do the repairs
  2. Rent to own folks treat homes better
  3. Incentive for responsible payments
  4. No Agent Commission
  5. Less Turnover and turnover costs
  6. Possible higher sales price

I'm hoping to continue reading about rent to own homes using the definitive step by step guide and the 10 documents you have to use during a lease.

I've also been reading posts by Aaron Kinney and how he has done with mobile home investing on land. I'm highly interested and have even sent him a colleague request to hopefully pick his brain a bit. In the meantime, I've really enjoyed his blog post about investing in mobile homes on land.

I know this post has a ton of outbound links, but I've read a wealth of information from Aaron and Brandon this weekend. I'd hate to lose it and by posting it as part of my blog everyone can have some added value by using the posts in a though process/mind map type of way.
