Not sure this will be of interest to all, but drove around the neighborhood taking photos, to give a feel for the streets, alleys, and surroundings.

Blue house is our first property, a compact 4/1. To the right is a duplex with little privacy between, to the left is a secluded SFR with privacy hedges and fences.

It is one property in from a busy street, with an elementary school right across the busy street.

The huge black walnut tree. a landmark feature, is right on the property line.

It's on a quiet street with high home ownership.

The alley and rental duplex on the corner are the most problematic parts of this property.

The wide fence gate and back vegetation both often get neglected, sometimes with city citations.

This property is in the quiet, calmer, nicer part of our investment area and attracts working class families as tenants.
