Another week, another plumbing issue

Wow, it feels like every day I get a bit more behind on my life! My tree isn’t trimmed. My Christmas cards aren’t mailed. My Christmas shopping isn’t done. Time keeps marching on, always.

There has been some news this week.

Excited to hear that Brandon and Heather Turner are expecting a child, what a blessing!

My buddy Chad an hour away is honing in on a rental property to buy, I got to review his BiggerPockets calculations. Love that link he can send to give me a peek. I miss shopping for properties, fun to be involved in his quest.

A tenant contacted us with plumbing issues. First they observed blue water backing into the bathroom sink when the washing machine ran. Then they noticed standing water under the kitchen sink. It always amazes me how unconcerned tenants are with water issues. One of my top priorities, but the e-mail rather than texting/calling. We are waiting for news and the bill.
