04.25.14 Exterior Photos of Property #5
This is the end of my photo diary posts, here is our latest property. It is a 3/1 SFR in great shape. It a popular and functional floorplan in the neighborhood. One of the bedrooms has a huge closet that could be a great home office, the downsides are short ceilings upstairs and down and no off-street parking (garage or driveways).
Both sides and most of the block are rentals. The neighbors were really interested in the raised beds we built. The neighbors and our tenants seem to like to put a lot of exterior knick-knacky decorations out.
Here is the street view. The property is on a dead end street, so it is very difficult to do casual drive by's. There are normally a lot of people out on their purchases or in their driveways. At the dead end is the same trail, highway, and mill site that I mentioned yesterday.
Here's the back of the house. The back wall is a tall wooden fence, with views form the side short chain link fence.
Alley shot. The alley is fairly typical (trash and puddles) but not as bad as others.
This house attracts mid-range families.
I enjoy when others post photos, hopefully someone enjoyed seeing these, and I am open to any suggestions! We want to help improve the neighborhood, but not just throw money in the wind.
