04.23.14 Exterior Photos of Property #3

This is my favorite property, but it is a love-hate relationship. Adorable 1/1 duplex in the roughest part of the neighborhood, attracting mostly not so adorable tenants. We made it cozy with lawn chairs and flower boxes; folks just want to be done couch surfing.

To the left is a junky duplex, to the right is an abandoned half done multiplex. There is a lot of foot traffic between the multi and our unit, on their side of the low chain link fence.

Like Property 1, this property is one property away from the same busy street. Just across that street are flowing trees and a much more desirable neighborhood. The street is rarely this calm, we took photos early Easter morning to be less conspicuous.

I didn't get a photo, but the multi's across the street are very eclectic looking.

The back alley is a problem area (hearing a theme about alleys?!?). There is an apartment complex across the alley, and their trash often ends up in our back yard, along with shopping carts and furnishings.
