Indianapolis Landlord Registration Program: What you need to know!

If you are not aware, as of January 1st, 2015, as part of the Indianapolis Landlord Registration Program, all owners or landlords of residential rental units will be required to register the properties with the City of Indianapolis Department of Code Enforcement (DCE).
