Hi Jeffrey - Every client is different with their own set of needs and goals. I agree that some agents require more "fluff" than others. But, I have to respectfully disagree that you have to spend big bucks. With the popularity of Wordpress, many companies related to the real estate industry are jumping on board with widgets and plugins that offer great features to the site. It's also easy to add your IDX feed. Another awesome part of Wordpress is that you pay annually for our hosting and URL and you are done at a fraction of the cost. Thanks for you comments. Some of the sites look good and some not so much. I think if you really want a great site you still have to spend a lot of money. If you are selling commercial RE or if you are working with fancy clients you should probably still spend the bucks.
